Bay City Commission to hold special meeting 6 p.m. Wednesday

The Bay City Commission will hold a special commission meeting at 6 p.m. Wednesday night to reconsider passing a resolution to apply for a federal grant to upgrade city electrical systems. Commission President Christopher Shannon, 1st Ward, announced the special meeting Tuesday afternoon.
